Exercise Is Therapy

Exercises help recover from injury/illness or prevent future health problems. They will improve your flexibility, strength and co-ordination. I provide two types of exercise classes as therapy, pilates and a stretch and roll class. No health fund rebates are available for these classes. 

 

Class Fee Schedule:
private session 45min class for $45
two people $25 each
three people $20 each
four-five people $15 each
(maximum of five people per class)

Group classes held at PD Health Stafford - $15

This class helps you create functional movement. It allows you to separate joint actions aligning your  posture. It promotes core and hip strength through challenging your stability. It will also strengthen your assisting muscles (secondary muscles) allowing better form and easier actions in daily activities.

ALTERNATIVE PILATES

This class helps reduce stress on joints and relax the muscles promoting flexibility. We make use of the foam roller to enhance the stretching routine by applying pressure sweeping along the muscle fibers creating benefits similar to a Swedish Massage.
